We are fighting to make a world where diabetes does no harm

Story

Updated on May 14th 2010 at 6:30 AM using the JustGiving iPhone app

We did it! Thanks to all who supported us!

James Craker and Karen Lawman are doing a tandem skydive on 2nd May 2010.

We are doing it for a bit of a thrill, but mainly to raise funds for Diabetes UK - as a direct result from me (James) and Karen's sister Amanda having type 1 diabetes, but more importantly following the death of our dear friend Matt Scott who also had type 1 diabetes.

Your donation will be greatly appreciated!!!

So please dig deep and donate now - DONTATE DOUBLE because there are two of us and then you might like to triple that cause Karen is a bit scared.

James and Karen.

A BIG THANK YOU TO THOSE WHO HAVE DONATED CASH - THEY ARE:

Matthew Parsonage (& family) - class 8J - £10.00

Morris Sylvester - class 7D - £1.00

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
