My Aim over the 31 days is to walk 10Km with 10Kg in a pack to raise funds for Veterans Lifeline a charity close to me who help our Veterans with PTSD and the families. Also no one is paid a wage at this charity, all money goes to help our Veterans.

I will also be kindly asking my family and friends to donate what you spend on my birthday, instead to donate to the charity.

My 10 year old son  Robert will accompany me on some of the walks, in-betweenSchool and Football training
