Between the 10th and 17th of October 2009 a group of 30 or so cyclists embarked on a sponsored cycle ride across the Jordanian desert. The purpose of this challenge was to raise funds for the Kent Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre in .

To ensure the Centre’s future they need funds to replace their existing ‘out of date’ centre, which is now becoming too small for the increasing membership. The Centre receives no Government assistance or other funding towards its annual running costs, all of which is raised through donations and fundraising.

The Centre provides a full range of therapies including physiotherapy, reflexology, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, shiatsu, pilates and counselling, as well as advice and support to those with this debilitating disease, their carers and families. So we are raising funds to help towards the cost of both this new Centre and the provision of subsidised therapies to those with MS.

We are still raising money and hope to raise well over £30,000 towards the appeal, so do please support us if you can. We have already raised so much with help from friends, family, our workplace Cluttons, Pemberton Greenish solicitors, Forstors solicitors and the girls of St Mary's Calne School - all of whom we (and those working at and using the centre) are hugely grateful for. We are still raising money and would like to get the amount raised as high as possible, so if you would like to donate, please don't hesitate either to give online or via either James!
