This year has seen me not really cycling as much as last year so this year is going to be a bit of a struggle. In fact the Bank Holiday weekend is the first time I have done the 17 mile ride this year. I was pretty slow to say the least. I am hopeful that in the next two weekends I can do the 22 mile training ride a couple of times and start to build up just a tiny bit more speed.
