Hi All

On Saturday 14th September, Ben and I will be walking from Tring to Watford along the canal for "Hector's House". The walk is just over  16miles and will be a personal challenge to complete the distance. Your support will encourage us to reach the end!

Hector's House aims to stop young people commiting suicide and the stigma around mental health. If we can save one life from this walk then I'll drink to that!

Your donation will help fund people who are on the edge and will help young people talk about mental health. It will also provide help and support to parents/carers who look after loved ones who have this health issue.

Hector Stringer took his life at the tender age of 18. He didn't realise that things can and do get better and he didn't reach out to his friends and family to ask for help when he needed it most. We believe that suicide can be prevented, if we all realise that mental health is fluid, that you can get help, you are not alone, people do care. We are raising money so that hopefully, we can prevent suicide, though increased awareness, education and support.
