On October 7th I will be embarking on my 3rd Norwood Bike Ride, this tme to Kenya....it is a 6 day ride, largely off road and very undulating. I'm not sure how i'm going to haul my overweight load up these hills, but I will give it my best shot. I guess if the hills dont get me, the Lions will. Day 4, which is 23km gentle climb in the morning might be the low point !!!!!!

 It is for my favourite charity, Norwood.

Norwood supports thousands of people with learning disabilities and children and families in need, helping them to change their lives for the better. I have seen some of this work at the Norwood village first hand, and it is an honour to be able to help in some small way.

Just to clarify, all the money raised on this page goes directly to the charity, Norwood. The ride to Kenya is paid for by myself, personally. So please don't think that your are funding my trip!
