I will be taking part in the Brownlee Triathlon South on 15 June 2014 at Petworth House.  This will be my second Brownlee Tri having done it last year up in Yorkshire so I have a PB of 1hr 34 mins to beat this year.  I will be doing the super sprint event involving a 400m lake swim, 16km cycle and 2.5k run.

I have also now decided to fundraise for Emmaus for my full triathlon season, so far I am signed up for:

• ADDED - Saturday 21 June - Great East Swim - 1 mile open water swim
• Sunday 20 July - Grays Triathlon (400m pool swim, 20km cycle, 5km run)
  
• Saturday 27 September - Hever Castle Super-sprint Triathlon (400m lake swim, 20km cycle, 4km run)
