Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.I'll try to keep this short. I'm doing a virtual 500km. I have just reached halfway and have until end of August to complete. I was doing it for my mental and physical health. Over the last 8 months I have suffered anxiety, panic attacks and depression. In February I was in a very dark place and due to mental health services being pushed to breaking point I was not getting the help I was asking for and desperately needed.
Cancer Lifeline Ni were indeed my lifeline. They bent over backwards to get me on their books and I am still receiving counselling through them which has had a tremendous impact on my mental health. Basically all I'm asking is if you can spare a few quid it would spur me on in my challenge and help thesens out.
It's my birthday in August so if you were going to buy me a pint? Chuck it in here instead.
