With the help of many friends, family and colleagues who voted for me and promoted my entry, I have been lucky enough to be selected to participate in Eurostar's Tri-City-Athlon on Tuesday 14th September.

One of my chosen charities for this event is the official charity, British Olympic Foundation, who aim to create learning opportunities for young people through sport and education to encourage personal development, fair play and personal excellence. With a variety of initiatives including; sports camps, workshops, conferences, international exchanges to education packs the BOF aims to touch young people's lives with the Olympic dream from primary through to university level students.
