Last year my youngest son was diagnosed with Asperger's. Whilst this has been a difficult time for his two brothers and the rest of the family we have had tremendous support from Young Minds. I therefore wanted to do something to support this great charity and in a small way repay some of the service that they continue to give to us. Young Minds, CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) is a charity that helps young people and adults with mental illnesses, such as depression and angry or violent behaviour. Sometimes families and the young persons just need support and advice on how to overcome issues that are not easily understood by others.

Climbing Kilimanjaro wont be an easy task but it doesn't compare to some of the challenges my son and others like him have to cope with on a daily basis. Anything you can give will really help!
