Supporting a charity run by amazing volunteers - every pound counts

The appropriately named Surrey Ballbuster takes place on a cold Saturday morning Nov 2nd. It all takes place on Box Hill and requires me to - run 8 miles, cycle 24 miles, run 8 miles up and down the hill, ouch!

Please do consider donating £21 (or what you have available) to 21&Co a charity very close to my heart. They are amazing people that volunteer their time to families with children that have Down's Syndrome - speech therapy, legal support, counselling, moral support.......friendship!
