On the 27 May 2010, I will be taking part in one of the hardest endurance races on the planet. Travelling to , I will be undertaking a 24 hour endurance event, covering 78 miles through the desert. This will all be done on foot in temperatures ranging up to 40 Celsius, whilst carrying my own food, water and equipment. I have been training for this event for almost a year now and have suffered my fair share of injuries. I am now back in shape and training hard to reach optimum fitness.

I am running in aid of Help for Heroes and ask you all too please dig deep in sponsoring me for this worthy cause. As I have paid for this event myself, ALL money raise will go directly to Help for Heroes.
