Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page in memory of my late mum, Jean Young.

Jean, and her late husband Vic, were both diagnosed with Dementia in 2012. As a charity, Dementia Concern provided help and support to both Jean, Vic and our family for many years whilst they both lived at home in Hanwell.

Vic passed away in 2017, and shortly afterwards, Jean's declining health meant she needed full time care so she moved to The Grange Care Centre in Southall. 

Jean maintained her character and steadfastness throughout her time at The Grange, but sadly passed away on 6thApril 2020.
