My dad was diagnosed with CMML Leukemia in May 2017. CMML is a rare form of Leukemia, which quickly turned into Acute Leukemia. Jeff got his angel wings on December 23rd after showing amazing strength undergoing chemo. 

Throughout his fight he gave us all such courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life.
