This year I have chosen to do the Great North Run. I had decided I needed to improve my fitness levels as they have massively plummeted since dislocating my elbow. What better way to get motivated than to support a great charity in the process!

Jack’s Journey is a charity set up by some friends of mine who despite everything they have been through are doing wonders to help other people in similar situations to their family. They are a true inspiration so any money I can raise to help such a worthy cause would go a long way!
