Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
So what is she up to this time I hear you ask! Well, I wanted to do something memorable for my birthday and I've been wanting to skydive for AGES. My dear friend Gary Russell died from cancer last year and the year before my favourite boss John Eustace also died from cancer and then this year my best friend's mum lost her battle with cancer. I realised that cancer is affecting the lives directly and indirectly of people I know and care about.
Marie Curie are an amazing charity that offer care and support to those affected with cancer and their families. Having seen first hand how they care for patients with dedication, respect and compassion, I wanted to show my support and say thank you to them for all the hard work they do especially for the care they showed my friend Gary Russell.
So on the 6th June I will be strapped to a chap and jump out of an aeroplane to celebrate my birthday and the memory of those I know who lost their lives to cancer and I need YOUR support.
