I'm taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 18th October. I'm still not quite sure how I ended up agreeing to this but it was definitely after a couple of glasses of vino! I'm running with the '40th Gang' team in support of ARC (the Arthritis Research Campaign). A close friend, who is also running, has a little girl who suffers from this horrible condition. So it's with Imogen, and others like her, in mind that has kept me going on the longer, windswept and hill ridden training runs in Plymouth! So please donate anything you can afford in support of this extremely worthwhile cause.
