Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary is our favourite local animal charity - we often visit to help with dog walking. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, their funding is suffering badly as the sanctuary, café, and shop are closed and rehoming is not possible. Bleakholt currently have 350 animals on site and are in urgent need of funds.

We really want to help, because the Bleakholt is very close to our hearts, but traditional fundraising is impossible due to social-distancing. We therefore came up with the idea to make greeting cards because during the COVID-19 crisis, buying cards is difficult since they are not deemed 'essential'. We will create a beautiful, unique hand-made greeting card for £5, including postage and packaging.

My eldest daughter loves art and has just completed her Art GCSE, so she will be making the cards (see photos for examples of her work). My youngest daughter will help with the fund-raiser admin.
