Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page in memory of Jennifer Wilkes who passed away on Tuesday June 1st after a 10 year battle with multiple myeloma.

In 2003 she established the Ashford branch of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research which has raised over £80,000 so far. Although this family of diseases affects all ages, she was particularly concerned with research which improved the survival rate of young people. Jen said that she would far prefer donations to her charity than flowers at her funeral.

Jen has done so much to help her community, whether as an inspirational teacher, governer of local schools or driving force behind the Ashford branch of Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research - her legacy will benefit thousands.
