This Saturday morning (12th) the 9am team WOD will be dedicated to Actions Not Words - a charity (NGO) that seeks to place under privileged children within quality education. Currently the NGO focuses on an area within Nakuru, Kenya and sponsor over 100 children into boarding school from one of Kenya’s most poverty stricken slums. This is a great charity that really cares for the children and community it supports! I’m going out at the end of October to visit my friend Ross (the founder) and to volunteer. I would love to raise some money to donate to the charity when I am out to help facilitate their great work. SO on Saturday I’d love for lots of us to make the effort to come out and push ourselves in a tough workout in honour of those less fortunate and there will be some post workout treats provided along with a donation bucket if anyone feels they’d like to contribute! Or you can donate here if you unfortunately can’t make it but would still like to support the cause. Thank you so much xx
