Hi, I'm Jessica i'm 12 years old. I wanted to do something to show my Grandad how much he means to me. So I am going to be doing a sponsored 4 mile swim to raise money for Pilgrims Hospice in Margate. so I can thank them for all for the care and support they are giving him.

The reason I have chosen 4 miles is because that is how far it is from my Grandad's house to the hospice and back again. Also i'm doing this on the 26th Nov 16 as this is his birthday so this is a special day for us both.
