Jess was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer in June 2014 and given just two weeks to live, five months later on 30/10/14 just days before her 24th birthday Jess passed away.
Jess was such a positive and selfless person, a true inspiration to many people and was always more concerned about the people around her rather than herself.
As a thank you to the doctors and nurses who have cared for Jess in Area 61 Oncology ward in Bristol, we are raising funds for the ward to help other cancer patients and their families.
