Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.I'll be leaving London cycling between 5 cities, across 4 Countries, before arriving in Amsterdam. Why?The reason isn't some sort of a mid life crisis but for a cause close to my heart…. Bowel Cancer UK. Bowel Cancer is the UK's second biggest cancer killer, but it shouldn't be. RE. More than 40,000 men and women are diagnosed with bowel cancer every year in the UK. That equates to someone every 15 minutes.It’s over 18 years since, at the age of just 65, we lost the best Father and Granda anyone could wish for to the terrible disease of Bowel Cancer.My dad, Jim, was a brilliant family man, friend and a man committed to helping his local community. So much so that after his death a street in Falkirk, Stewart Avenue, was named in his memory.By the time my Dad's cancer was discovered ti was too late... However these days it doesn't have to be that way.Please help me, help Bowel Cancer UK to save more lives.As a charitable organisation, Bowel Cancer UK are almost completely dependent on voluntary donations.
