Hello Everyone,

Thanks for visiting our JustGiving page.  On Monday 31st May Simon and I are running the BUPA London 10k to raise money for the Alzhiemer's Society.  We are doing this in memory of my Mum who we sadly lost last September after a 12 year battle with this truly horrible disease.

Within 20 years almost 1 million of us will have dementia so it's vital to raise funds now.  There are so many more things we need to know about this disease in order to be able to treat it effectively and this can only be done by funding the research.

I know only too well that this disease is devastating for the individual and their families and want to do my little bit to help.  I am far from a natural runner so this is not going to be easy for me so please dig deep and donate now
