I'm running in the Great North Run this September raising money again for Help the Hospices. I am doing this in memory of my father-in-law Gunars who sadly passed away from cancer in December 2006. Having completed the London Marathon in 2007 I thought it was high time I dug out those running shoes again for a good cause. Hopefully it will help me lose a few more of those excess baby pounds too!
