We have decided that it would be nice to take donations in memory of Caroline. The charity we have selected to benefit from this is Woking Sam Beare Hospice.

The hospice, based in Woking provides valuable support to families and individuals who have a life limiting diagnosis. Although mum did not use this service, she was planning to, and arrangements had been made for her to have a room here. We do not doubt that mum would have received the highest level of care. We received the care of a nurse who works in conjunction with the hospice, she was a huge support to mum and us all through the whole process.
