Well I am nearly there and all set for the big day. Thank you so much to all of those who have sponsored me - I wont let you down! If you will be following on the telly, see the new picture for what to look out for. I am aiming for a time of about 4 hrs 15 to 4 hrs 30.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.  I am running the London Marathon this year in memory of my father-in-law Gunars Tamsons who lost his battle with lung cancer just before Christmas.  I am proud to be supporting  Help the Hospices as they were able to provide respite care for him at home, so that he could spend his final days there with his family.
