Potter’s Village Child Crisis and Medical Centre is a Christian project in Kisoro, Uganda. They provide a temporary home for motherless and abandoned newborn babies, until they go back to their families. They also provide high quality medical care for all local children, including premature babies.

I've chosen this charity because one of our friends works at Potter's Village as a Consultant, through CMS (Church Mission Society). She has been able to tell us first-hand how great the need is, not only for prayer but financial support too.

I've never run a Half Marathon before, and I am definitely not a 'natural runner' so any support towards this cause would be greatly appreciated.
