I was due to do the Great North Run for the 10th time this year - on their 40th Birthday, I was so excited about this, and due to all the changes in the world at the moment, things have slightly changed!!! So help me make a change to the lives of the children at Gibside School by supporting me doing the Great North Run Solo! Between the 28th June and 13th Sept (the original Great North Run date and the date we were due to run this year) I will be running over 40 runs! The runs can be any length, but I am aiming for Silver level - completing over 200 miles in this time. 

The children at Gibside are very special and they make getting up for work each day a pleasure! I've always said I'm one of the lucky people - one who loves their job. So this is me giving something small back to them. We are moving site in early 2021 and we really need extra funds to kit the new school out with all the specialist equipment that enables them to engage fully in their learning.
