I really hate running!!! I’m doing it because I feel passionately about improving cancer services in the UK and specifically Radiotherapy! 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our life times. I was diagnosed this year and it makes me acutely aware of how much we rely on the NHS and the services it provides. We need to push government to recognise the improvements needed in the service and ensure money is allocated to developing techniques to improve cancer outcomes.
