On July 18th at Watermead Lake in Aylesbury, a group of us will be thrown into the water and hopefully rescued by the Newfoundland Dog Water Rescue Team (see link below)

I for one am terrified of water so it will be quite an achievement for me to conquer my fears and take the plunge!

It is for a really good cause in raising money for Dogs for the Disabled and I hope I can make everyone proud.
