However, after a lot of research trying to find the shortest and funniest 5k to get my jiggly bits into shape, I found the Color Run!

I decided I also wanted to use this opportunity to raise awareness and money for Action on Postpartum Psychosis.

Postpartum Psychosis (PP) is a severe mental illness which begins suddenly following childbirth. Having personal experience of this I recognise the amazing work and more importantly support that APP offers for mothers and just as importantly their families.  It is an extremely frightening and serious condition but fortunately most women go on to make a full recovery, however the journey to full recovery can be long and difficult.
