Myself and Arwen met through pregnancy, having someone to share the experience with is invaluable and we've stayed solid pals ever since. 

We have both chosen Bluebell Care as our charity because we share the same beliefs, no mother should feel she can't ask for help and therefore be supported through birth and after baby. 

Bluebell provides support for mums, dads & families who are experiencing difficulties related to ante & post-natal depression and anxiety. Through group programmes and one to one support they provide a safe place for mothers to come and talk either to other mothers or in private. There are courses, such as baby yoga and also the brilliant drop ins and Mothers Comfort Zone that I love to help co-facilitate.

Please help raise as much as we can for this incredible organisation, having personally struggled with post natal depression, twice,  I know how valuable these services are and with your help they can continue to deliver that much needed support.
