I'm running the Coventry Half Marathon on behalf of OCD ACTION UK, I personally suffered and still suffer with this. When you're dealing with OCD intrusive thoughts it's easy to get lost in them and forget who you really are, suicide is common with OCD sufferers and it's important everyone gets the help they deserve. Living your daily life is difficult and loosing friends is common and most sufferers don't even know they have OCD they just believe they are the person their thought tell them they are. My aim is to break the stigma and hopefully raise even more than my target.
