Hi ya!

So, I am running as part of team #welfare warrior to help improve animal welfare around the world and be a voice for captive animals in support of the awesome charity Wild Welfare.

The work these guys do is so incredible.  They work with zoos and facilities to improve the conditions for animals in captivity.  It is easy to say that animals should not be in captivity but the fact is that many are and the work Wild Welfare do empowers animal care staff to create both immediate and long-term change, transforming the positive well-being of the animals in their care.

This half marathon will hurt a bit for me so please help me by throwing a few quid in the direction of Wild Welfare and know that you have  improved the life’s of captive animals around the world!
