This year I'm not able to run my usual ( and for sentimental reasons, my favourite) Castle Howard race but I am looking forward to the Alnwick 10k in September and the York 10k 'Run for All' on 2nd August.

The charity I'm supporting is Martin House Children's Hospice, which provides care and support, free of charge, to children and young people with a life-limiting condition, and their families.
