Story

Neil Desai Foundation

Since the start of the year, Mr J. Haskey and his partner in crime, Mr L. Brittain, have bored entertained us with their continued antics; encompassing sport, work and the management of Year 10, their anecdotes never fail to provide merriment.

Now the dynamic duo have decided to do something useful with their time and support the Neil Desai Foundation. To help raise funds they are undertaking a couple of challenges:

1. Mr Haskey will be running the 26.2 miles of the London Marathon on Sunday 25th April (he hopes to get under 3 hours, but we think that he is too old)

2. Mr Haskey and Mr Brittain will be cycling the 113 miles of the 'King of the Downs' on Sunday 23rd May.  The challenge takes in over 10 killer climbs in the South East’s iconic road cycling areas totalling over 9,000 ft. It should be fun watching them attempt to teach on the following Monday.

We hope that you support us, as Neil Desai is still very much remembered by students and teachers at Tiffin School and we wholeheartedly support all the good work done by the Neil Desai Foundation.
