Thanks to everyone who has donated to the East Anglian Air Ambulance - a very worthy cause.  Thanks especially to folk as far apart as China, Barbados and the US whose chances of needing the Air Ambulance here are at best remote!

The marathon was great fun.  Although training was curtailed by a couple of injuries, the middle-aged body held out for the full distance.  I got in in 3.54.57, which was reasonably under my 4 hour target.  Highlights included abusing the red arrows whilst passing, seeing Emma, the boys and my folks on Tower Bridge - and then not seeing their looks of concern as I passed them in Docklands apparently looking "awful!"

Congrats also to the other runners from the Air Ambulance who did so well.  Look forward to next year!
