In April I will be fulfilling a lifetime ambition by running the London Marathon to raise money for Helen & Douglas House.

Helen & Douglas House cares for terminally ill children, young adults and their families. They provide medical, emotional and practical support, helping families deal with the implications of living with a child who will die prematurely, so they can make the most of their time together.

As a parent I was really moved by the support they give to families who are less fortunate than my own, so please give as generously as you can. Thank you very much!
