LANDS END - JOHN O'GROATS 

Adventure has always been important to Karen and I whether long distance walking, climbing or cycling - it's what lets us know we're alive!  

That was made real for us when, at 46, I suffered a minor stroke.  

Luckily for me I was able to make a good recovery and part of the reason for my recovery was down to meeting the challenge of doing just a little bit more each day.

That little bit more has now turned out to be a 1,017 mile cycle trip with Karen from Lands End to John o'Groats over 15 days in August.  

We'd love to raise some money for those people who aren't as lucky as we are and would really value your support in making a difference to stroke suffers of all ages.
