To give a little back to Hospice Isle of Man, I'll be doing of couple of bike rides dressed as his favourite animal, the cheetah.

Can't really put into words how grateful we all are for how Hospice looked after Mum and Dad during their time in there.

The Gran Fondo, 85 miles of riding on Manx roads, takes place on the 21st July.

The End to End Mountain Bike Challenge, 46 miles of both on and off road riding, takes place on the 8th September.
