Hi

To help raise money for Clic Sargent I have decided to have a gentle swim in the River Thames.

2 miles or about 1hr 15mins of swimming on Sunday 1st August, starting from Hampton Court.

To tramsform me into the fish I will need to be I will need to spend hours going up and down and up and down the pool at the gym.

To help me get through the tedium of the training it would be great to know I am raising a good chunk of money for Clic Sargent.
