Despite never training for a competition, and not training at all for years, I'm taking part in a charity kickboxing match to raise money for Blue Lamp Foundation.

Whilst the event is ticket only and ALWAYS sells out, if I raise £500 then I will post the full fight online for all of those wonderful people who want to see me get my arse kicked.
