Story

Siobhan and Jason thank you for logging onto our son's Jonty's website. Tragically Jonty's heart stopped beating prior to delivery, this news was devastating to us both and our families, particularly as full term had been reached. We were so looking forward to his safe arrival and never considered that we would be faced with this trauma of a stillbirth delivery.

Jonty was delivered on Easter Saturday 3rd April 2010. He was a handsome baby boy who just appeared to be sleeping. The time we spent with our baby after the delivery was a very special memory for us that we will cherish for ever. The result of this experience which impacted not only on ourselves but on our families and friends has promoted us to establish a fund to Sands in their vital research work on preventing stillbirth babies and supporting those that have undergone such trauma.
