Managed to complete my first 10k training run. Took around 70 mins to do it. My target is to run the Ashford 10k in less than an hour, so plenty of training left to be done.

After constant daily nagging from Rich, I have caved in and signed up for the Ashford 10K in *MID OCTOBER*

This will be my first ever 10K run, so you have a once-in-a-lifetime chance to motivate me to do this run in the "pleasant" weather of the Kentish Autumn (let's face it, it will be grey and muggy and I am certain to get drenched)

In doing this I would like to support a local Kent charity doing great things in some of the most needed areas of Africa. My target is very modest, so I hope to get it comfortably. If you are a UK Tax Payer, please, remember to add the Gift Aid!
