Im aiming to walk  150 miles over the lockdown period starting 5th November to raise awareness of the Be A Game Changer campaign and men’s mental health.

The Newcastle United foundation do amazing work in the community and need support to carry on the incredible work they do with men’s mental health in the community. They helped save my life and I want to do what I can to support them during this unprecedented time.

I will be documenting and recording regular updates along the way and with your support hopefully change the game and help people with mental health issues carry on getting the support they need especially at the moment

About the charity
