As many of you know I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease earlier this year. I am very lucky that I am now feeling so much better - due completely to being pregnant! But I have been warned that it is only a matter of time before it re-occurs.

The Crohn's Charity had given me much needed help and support. There is a phone line I can call any time and they send me up to date research and information which is more advanced than my GP's knowledge. But more importantly they are leading the way into further research into this horrid disease and helping develop new drugs that could alleviate much suffering.

I feel very fortunate that this disease is not life threatening but only lifestyle limiting. However, what concerns me most is the effect this condition must have on young children and teenagers. With my growing family I feel I want to help this amazing charity raise funds for its research.

We are also very lucky that Zandra will be coming to sell us her Phoenix cards. 10% of any sales will be donated to the Crohn's Charity.
