Firstly, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page (I know there are so many requests for sponsor these days).

I can't quite believe it myself, but I am going to run a half marathon!  And this is coming from the girl who detested running just over 18 months ago.  I'm doing it for a very good cause .... bowel cancer (2nd biggest killer in the UK) and is one quite close to me, as my nan had a tough battle with this cancer for many years before it sadly defeated her.

My pledge is to raise at least £300 for Beating Bowel Cancer, so any support you able to offer is greatly appreciated and as I am sure you will agree, it will be going to a good cause.

Please donate as much or as little as you wish and I look forward to letting you all know when I have completed the run. I don't have a target time, just completing the 13 miles will be a big enough achievement for me.
