In May 2013 my best friend Clare's beloved daughter Arabella Campbell passed away suddenly at the age of 16 from unexplained heart failure. 

The charity CRY - Cardiac Risk in the Young - supports research into the condition and supports those who have been bereaved.

In May of 2015 I will cycle 100 miles on my turbo trainer to raise funds for CRY. I know I can cycle 100 miles on the road - I've done it before - but 100 miles on the turbo will be a major challenge, but one which I aim to complete in under 4 hours. 

Please support my attempt and remember Arabella and all those other young people whose lives have been cut short in this tragic way, and their families and friends who continue to grieve.
