As an x military nurse and now a Health Visitor / Community Nurse, I have seen many people struggling with PTSD , from military personnel, new parents to teenagers. It is heartbreaking to see and yet we know with time and good support, people can have their health restored. Life is a roller coaster, they say and sometimes in life we have more downs than ups and more twists and turns. Thats when we need the support of our family and friends.

I am running too for Kim, a beautiful kind lady a lovely mother, daughter, wife and sister who gives so much to others and is struggling with PTSD. Hoping that you will have more ups than downs very soon xx
